Refund Policy
Zooopp Wheels Private Limited (“Zooopp Wheels”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all booking transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed for vehicle bookings made with us.
Refund eligibility is determined based on the time at which the cancellation request is received prior to the scheduled booking start time.
If a cancellation request is made 24 hours or more before the scheduled booking time, the customer shall be eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid, subject to applicable payment gateway charges, if any.
If a cancellation request is made between 12 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled booking time, the customer shall be eligible for a 60% refund of the amount paid. The remaining amount will be retained by Zooopp Wheels towards administrative and operational costs.
If a cancellation request is made within 12 hours of the scheduled booking time, or in case of a no-show, no refund shall be provided.
All cancellation requests must be initiated through the official Zooopp Wheels booking platform, mobile application, or customer support channels. The time of cancellation recorded in our systems shall be considered final for the purpose of calculating refund eligibility.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable period, typically 7–10 working days, depending on the customer’s bank or payment service provider.
Zooopp Wheels Private Limited reserves the right to amend or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version of the policy applicable at the time of booking shall govern the transaction.
